Hospitality Operations & Venue Leadership

Venue management roles at Be At One, including General Manager in Norwich and co-management at Greek Street; Bar Manager at The Scran & Scallie.
Operational experience across Wetherspoons, Revolucion de Cuba, All Bar One, independent hotel bars, and smaller venues.
High-volume service, openings and recoveries, staff training, service systems, customer communication, troubleshooting, and daily venue control.

Selected Product Delivery

GiM / GiMOps

Turned legacy hardware, weak connectivity, and fragmented venue workflows into a read-only, privacy-conscious product direction. Built the public site, product and trust documentation, contact API, and internal prototypes.

Semantic Vision Protocol - protocol/prototype: explored multi-venue edge-to-cloud coordination by converting locally processed video observations into small, anonymised semantic records before transfer, avoiding raw-footage privacy, bandwidth, and storage costs while accounting for constrained edge hardware. This is not a production deployment.

MiX

Built a low-friction Svelte/Vite spec and training tool for live service. Import parsing extracts and normalises messy venue menu and spec data from XLSX, CSV, PDF, DOCX, and TXT files.

Motive Engine

Owned explainable Unity AI package delivery across C#, JSON workflows, validation, samples, tests, documentation, and distribution. Submitted for Asset Store review on 8 June 2026; awaiting review.

JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, HTML/CSS, Unity, Svelte/Vite, React/Next.js, FastAPI, SQLite, Cloudflare Workers, JSON/data models, file import pipelines, Node.js, Playwright, Unity tests, documentation, and static deployment.
